Shipping FAQ

We ship anywhere within Canada and the United States, and most places internationally. If for some reason we are unable to fulfil your order due to geographical location and unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund where payment has already been made.

During this adverse COVID-19 quarantine time, a ban has been imposed by various countries on the entry of shipping containers, and vessels to ports. Such impeded operations have hampered the maritime transport and shipping industry. We continue to monitor the situation and are hopeful for the restoration of the economy and shipping activities.

We do not fulfill orders with a dropshipping manufacturer. Dropshipping is an order fulfillment technique in which the merchant does not store, ship, or handle their products. Most of the time these items are created through a wholesaler. We stand by our company mission and authentic handmade products. Made-to-order means once an order is placed it needs to be made to the buyer's order specifications. These pieces include our customizable items and ostrich leather bracelets. We inspect each bracelet before they are packed.

We ship most orders in 5 Business Days. However, this is an estimate and it may differ by a day or two. Business Days do not include weekends, holidays, or the day your order was placed.

Please note you will not get tracking information until your order is processed and shipped. This email notification will have all your shipping information and ways to track your order.

Delivery times are always estimated and never guaranteed. Depending on the destination, there may be customs delays or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery lead times are the most important factor when choosing your delivery speed, especially for international shipping. Your parcel can take anywhere from 7 to 14 business days when shipping internationally with USPS, FedEx, Purolator, DHL or UPS.

International orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax once they reach their destination country. These charges are payable by the customer and we do not currently cover the cost. Please note that Mello does not have control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Messages such as, "This product does not support the selected shipping option" [or] "No available shipping option" during checkout, could be due to an invalid or incomplete address. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly. It could also be an indication that the delivery area is out of our shipping zone range – Currently we do not ship to every zone. Please contact us for further assistance.

COVID-19 NOTICE

Shop safely and easily with Mello Accessories, the health and safety of our team and partners are of utmost importance to us. We have taken increased precautions, including a routine temperature scan prior to handling products. In addition, all employees are required to wear face masks and gloves when sanitizing, including the facility on a regular basis.

Shipping Delays:

Please allow some extra time for your order to arrive as we have been advised by our shipping partners. Recently, procedures and policies have been put into place as a result of COVID-19 that results in slower handling time.
